Residential Cleaner

No professional cleaning experience? No problem. We offer initial and ongoing training. You’ll learn how to clean homes efficiently, effectively, and safely and be provided the supplies to do so.

You will also develop your professional communication, teamwork, and leadership skills–which often leads to greater opportunities to grow within the company. We help our employees help themselves by developing professional skills and interests that empower them.

Cleaning homes is hard work and it’s not for everyone. Cleaning is important though because every family is important. We provide quality of life to our customers through our consistent, detailed work.

What We Need From You:

A cellphone and a reliable, insured vehicle
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Provide a clear Police Information Check
Punctuality and reliability
Physical strength – lifting, bending, crouching and kneeling are daily occurrences
Early notice of availability – our clients rely on us, so cancelling service is not an option.
A positive outlook and a willingness to reciprocate help with team members
A not-so-secret love of doing little extras to wow clients
A proactive and organized approach to scheduling and task management
